Then the National Council of Jewish Women is right for you !

NCJWA works for the welfare of women and children, and also the aged and disabled, both in Australia and Israel. It works within the Jewish communities of Australia, offering a range of social, educational and community service programmes.

NCJWA is affiliated to the National Council of Women of Australia and numerous other organizations with compatible goals.

Our Israel projects include:
·      Ilan Foundation for Handicapped Children  (Tel Aviv)
·      NCJWA /JNF partnership project
·      Ethiopian Women’s Scholarship Fund – Haifa University
·      Immigrant Outreach Project (South American) - Haifa Rape Crisis Centre
·      Micha Society for Deaf Children 

We are involved in consulting with Government on women’s issues and social equity concerns Australia wide, and overseas where they affect Jewish women.

With Sections in Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia, there is a group near you.
